Return Policy

At WestKash33, every piece is crafted to the highest standard. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your item and complete our evaluation — confirming it meets the return conditions above — the return shipping cost will be reimbursed in full alongside your refund.

All returns are handled via DHL. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a DHL return barcode with the return address pre-printed. Simply drop it off at your nearest DHL service point.

Returns After 14 Days

We are unable to accept returns after the 14-day window has passed. No exceptions will be made outside of valid warranty claims (see below).

Warranty Claims

If your item has a manufacturing defect or fault, you may be eligible to submit a warranty claim beyond the standard 14-day return period. Please review our full Warranty Policy for eligibility details and how to submit a claim.

How to Initiate a Return

We offer a simple self-serve return process. To get started:

  1. Click Start a Return
  2. Select your order and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Choose your return reason (e.g. Warranty Claim, Not What I Expected, Wrong Size, etc.)
  4. Upload supporting photos or evidence if required
  5. Submit your request
  6. Receive your DHL return barcode with the return address — drop it off at any DHL service point
