This policy governs the WESTKASH33 Founder Member programme, including eligibility, benefits, duration, and the transition to the Annual Brand Supporter Program. By participating in the Founder Member programme, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. The WESTKASH33 Community
Membership in the WESTKASH33 Community establishes a lasting relationship with the brand. All Community Members receive:
- Early access to future collections
- Private brand updates
- Activation of a 2-Year Limited Warranty on eligible products
- Priority customer support
- Access to exclusive community benefits and future member initiatives
Membership is intended for those who appreciate exceptional craftsmanship, intentional design, limited production, and enduring quality.
2. Founder Member Status
A Founder Member is a customer who joins the WESTKASH33 Community during the official Founder Member enrolment window — a limited period established during the brand’s inaugural launch. This founding-tier membership recognises those who supported WESTKASH33 from its earliest stage.
Founder Member status is granted automatically upon a qualifying purchase during the enrolment window and is recorded against the customer’s account. Membership cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made outside the enrolment window. This invitation is available exclusively during the official launch period.
3. Founder Member Privileges
Founder Members receive exclusive privileges in recognition of their early support for WESTKASH33. Founder Member benefits include:
- 10% preferred member pricing on eligible future collections for 5 years
- Complimentary shipping on eligible future orders for 5 years
Founder Member privileges:
- Begin on the date of the qualifying Founder’s Edition purchase
- Are personal and non-transferable
- Apply only to eligible products and collections designated by WESTKASH33
- Expire automatically at the end of the five-year benefit period
The five-year Founder Member benefit period is a one-time privilege per enrolment. Once expired, it can be restarted only by making a qualifying purchase during a subsequent Founder’s Edition launch, subject to the re-enrolment eligibility conditions set out in Section 4b.
4. Founder’s Edition
WESTKASH33 Founder’s Edition products are released in strictly limited quantities. Unlike the Annual Brand Supporter Program, which follows a yearly cycle, Founder’s Edition launches are not scheduled on a fixed basis. WESTKASH33 reserves the sole right to determine when a Founder’s Edition launch occurs — releases are tied exclusively to new design launches and are made entirely at WESTKASH33’s discretion, with no obligation to launch at any particular time.
Each Founder’s Edition release is reserved exclusively for those who hold active Founder Member status at the time of the launch, or who qualify for re-enrolment under Section 4b. As a Founder Member, you are granted privileged access to Founder’s Edition products at an exclusive introductory price — a privilege available during each qualifying launch window while your membership benefits remain active.
All other collections outside the Founder’s Edition are presented at full premium pricing, reflecting our unwavering commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, limited production, and enduring value.
4a. Founder’s Edition Eligibility
Access to WESTKASH33 Founder’s Edition products is reserved exclusively for active Founder Members and eligible re-enrolling members. The following eligibility conditions apply:
- Must be a registered WESTKASH33 Community Member in good standing
- Founder Member status must be active at the time of the Founder’s Edition launch, or the member must qualify for re-enrolment under Section 4b
- Purchases must be made during the designated launch period for each Founder’s Edition release — orders placed before the window opens or after it closes are not eligible for Founder’s Edition introductory pricing
- Eligibility is tied to the individual Founder Member account and cannot be transferred, shared, or applied to a third party
- Members currently holding an active Annual Brand Supporter benefit period are not eligible to participate in a Founder’s Edition launch unless they first forfeit their remaining Brand Supporter benefits in accordance with Section 4b
WESTKASH33 reserves the sole right to determine which products qualify as Founder’s Edition releases, the duration of each launch window, and the introductory pricing applicable to each release. These terms may vary between launches. Founder’s Edition introductory pricing is a member privilege, not a public offer. WESTKASH33 reserves the right to verify eligibility before processing any order placed under Founder’s Edition terms.
4b. Founder Member Re-Enrolment
A former Founder Member whose five-year benefit period has expired may re-enrol as an active Founder Member by making a qualifying purchase during a subsequent Founder’s Edition launch, provided the following conditions are met:
- The member’s original five-year Founder Member benefit period must have fully expired
- The member must not hold an active Annual Brand Supporter benefit period at the time of the Founder’s Edition launch. A member with an active Brand Supporter benefit period must voluntarily forfeit those remaining benefits before participating, forfeited Brand Supporter benefits cannot be reinstated or transferred
- A qualifying product must be purchased during the designated Founder’s Edition launch window
Upon successful re-enrolment, a fresh five-year Founder Member benefit period begins from the date of the qualifying purchase. All standard Founder Member privileges apply from that date.
Re-enrolment is subject to the availability of a Founder’s Edition launch and the terms in effect at that time. WESTKASH33 does not guarantee that a Founder’s Edition launch will occur at any specific time or interval.
5. Annual Brand Supporter Program
The Annual Brand Supporter Program runs on a yearly cycle and is offered to eligible members on a scheduled, annual basis. After the five-year Founder Member benefit period has ended, members may continue their relationship with WESTKASH33 by participating in the Annual Brand Supporter Program, when offered by the brand.
Please note: enrolling in the Annual Brand Supporter Program while awaiting a future Founder’s Edition launch will require forfeiture of active Brand Supporter benefits should the member wish to re-enrol as a Founder Member. Members should consider this before enrolling in the Brand Supporter Program.
Eligible participants receive:
- 10% preferred member pricing on eligible future collections for 2 years
- Complimentary shipping on eligible future orders for 2 years
Each successful participation grants a new two-year Brand Supporter benefit period. At the conclusion of each two-year benefit period, members may renew their Brand Supporter benefits by participating in the next available Annual Brand Supporter Program, subject to availability and the programme terms in effect at that time.
Renewal Terms
To ensure fairness across the community:
- Brand Supporter benefits cannot be renewed while an active two-year benefit period remains in effect
- Renewal becomes available only after the current two-year benefit period has expired
- Renewal requires successful participation in a future Annual Brand Supporter Program
- Each successful participation begins a new two-year benefit period
- Participation in an Annual Brand Supporter Program does not restore, restart, or extend the original five-year Founder Member privileges
- Annual Brand Supporter Programs are offered at the sole discretion of WESTKASH33 and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
6. Eligibility Requirements — Annual Brand Supporter Program
To qualify for the Annual Brand Supporter Program, the following conditions apply:
- An eligible WESTKASH33 product must be purchased during the published Annual Brand Supporter Program enrolment period
- Purchases made outside the published enrolment period, including before it begins or after it has closed, are not eligible for that year’s Brand Supporter benefits
- Members with an active Brand Supporter benefit period are not eligible to enrol again until their current benefit period has expired
- Members who forfeit their Brand Supporter benefits to participate in a Founder’s Edition launch are not entitled to a refund or reinstatement of forfeited benefits
- Once expired, members may qualify for a new two-year Brand Supporter benefit period by participating in the next available Annual Brand Supporter Program, subject to availability and programme terms in effect at that time
- Eligibility is subject to the programme terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase
7. Programme Conflict — Founder Member vs. Brand Supporter
A member may not hold an active Founder Member benefit period and an active Annual Brand Supporter benefit period simultaneously. The following rules apply:
- An active Founder Member (within their five-year period) is not eligible to enrol in the Annual Brand Supporter Program
- A member with an active Brand Supporter benefit period is not eligible to participate in a Founder’s Edition launch unless they voluntarily forfeit their remaining Brand Supporter benefits first
- Forfeited Brand Supporter benefits cannot be reinstated, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances
- WESTKASH33 reserves the right to verify programme status before processing any order placed under either programme’s terms
8. Conduct & Eligibility Review
WESTKASH33 reserves the right to review and, where necessary, revoke Founder Member or Brand Supporter status in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of membership benefits
- Violation of WESTKASH33 terms and conditions
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions found to be unjustified
In such cases, WESTKASH33 will notify the member and provide an opportunity to respond before any action is taken.
9. Changes to the Programme
WESTKASH33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Founder Member programme or its associated benefits at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing members. Any changes will not affect benefits already accrued prior to the change.

WESTKASH33 is founded on the principles of intentional design, exceptional craftsmanship, limited production, and enduring value. Our Founder’s Edition marks the beginning of that journey, a tradition carried forward with every new design launch, and our founding community will always hold a distinctive place in the history of WESTKASH33.
