All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. WestKash33 reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. WestKash33 reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. WestKash33 does not store your full payment details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. WestKash33 is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund process is governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, subject to the conditions set out in our Return Policy.

All content on the WestKash33 website, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, wordmarks, product names, editorial photography, campaign imagery, graphic designs, visual identity, written content, and all other creative assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of WestKash33 and is protected under Swedish, EU, and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any WestKash33 content without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
